The US East Coast is preparing for disaster as Hurricane Florence approaches.
Despite being downgraded to a category 2 storm, Florence is still expected to bring catastrophic flooding.
The states of Georgia, North and South Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, and Washington DC have all declared a state of emergency.
