United Nations lists 38 ‘shameful’ nations for treatment of human rights activists

The United Nations has listed 38 nations that are accused of clamping
down on citizens that cooperate with the world body on issues such as
human rights.

China and Russia are among the countries included and UN
Secretary-General Antonio Guterres describes the practice as shameful.
