British officials are preparing to face their Russian counterparts at the United Nations today as the UK briefs the Security Council on the identification of the suspects in the Salisbury Novichok attack on a former Russian spy and his daughter.
It comes as the UK's Security Minister has accused Russian President Vladimir Putin of being behind the attack.
