UK - EU DIVORCE BILL 'DEPENDS ON BREXIT DEAL'

UK Prime Minister Theresa May is suggesting Britain may not pay all of an agreed so-called 'divorce bill' to the EU if a Brexit deal isn't reached.

In December, the UK said it would pay £39bn (43bn euro) to the European Union to honour obligations as it leaves the bloc.
