President Trump says the east coast of the United States is as "ready as possible" for Hurricane Florence, a potentially record-breaking storm forming in the mid-Atlantic.
But he's also claimed the government's response to last year's hurricane in Puerto Rico, which left 3 thousand people dead, was an "unsung success".
