Spread of disease sparks fears of epidemic in flood-hit Indian state of Kerala

The south Indian state of Kerala, which last month suffered its worst floods in a century, is experiencing a surge in communicable diseases.

This is raising fears of a potential epidemic, as the state continues to try to get back on its feet following the floods.
