British Prime Minister Theresa May says the two suspects named as being behind the chemical weapons poisoning of a former Russian spy and his daughter are members of Russia's military intelligence unit known as the GRU.
Addressing parliament, the British leader said Alexander Petrov and Ruslan Boshirov are believed to have carried out the Novichok attack on Sergei and Yulia Skripal in Salisbury in March.
