The suspect arrested in Tuesday's vehicle collision at the UK's Houses of Parliament is being named as Sudanese immigrant Salih Khater.
The 29 year-old British citizen remains in police custody after a car collided with pedestrians and cyclists before crashing into barriers in Westminster.
It's reported he told people he was visiting London to pick up a visa for Sudan.
Counter-terror police are investigating what officers believe was a 'deliberate act'.
