US sanctions may cause drop in investments into Russia

Russian rating agency predicts fresh US sanctions could lead to 8% of foreign investors pull out of Russian state bonds. A new bill proposed by US Senate in late July targeting Russian banks' dollar transactions and US nationals' operations with Russia's sovereign debt could drive out international investors from the Russian stock market.
