US: North Korea not upholding denuclearization deal

US National Security adviser John Bolton has said North Korea has not
followed through with plans to denuclearize.

It comes after America and North Korea's leaders agreed for Pyongyang
to end its nuclear program during a meeting in Singapore in June.
