UN agency says N Korea still developing nuclear program

The UN's nuclear watchdog says North Korea has failed to halt its nuclear activities.

The findings come despite US President Donald Trump's summit with Kim Jong Un in June.

Following their meeting, Mr Trump had declared that North Korea was "no longer a nuclear threat."
