Turnbull to step aside as Australian PM if leadership spill is called

Australian Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull says he won't stand for the Liberal leadership again if another expected party room meeting agrees to spill the leadership, but he says he wants advice from the solicitor-general as to whether his rival Peter Dutton is entitled to sit in parliament following revelations he may be in breach of the country's notorious section 44 of the constitution.
