Putin's pension reforms to cost Russia additional 500 billion rubles

Vladimir Putin's proposals for softening Russia's plans to raise its retirement age will cost the government an additional 500 billion rubles - that's more than 7.3 billion US dollars. According to Finance Minister Anton Siluanov, adjustments to the budgetary plans are now required. Jessica King has more from Moscow.
