Myanmar’s leader should have resigned: UN Human Rights Chief

The outgoing United Nations Human rights Chief says Myanmar's de-facto
leader Aung San Suu Kyi should have resigned.

This comes days after a UN report stated that the country's top
military officials should face prosecution for genocide.
