South Korean President Moon Jae-in says next month's summit in Pyongyang will be a "bold step" towards ending the Korean War.
He was speaking at an event marking the anniversary of Korea being liberated from colonial Japanese rule 73 years ago.
FSN's Seoul Correspondent Oliver Whitfield-Miocic was at that ceremony and asked the South Korean leader when the Pyongyang summit will take place.
