Man stabs mother and sister in Paris suburb

The Islamic State has claimed responsibility for a knife attack in Paris suburb - but there's as yet no evidence linking the crime to the group. 

Two women have died and one is seriously injured in hospital. 

Police shot the assaillant dead.
