President Trump says he's shelved plans to hold a massive military parade in the center of Washington later this year, but he's blaming the city's local council for the decision.
He says they wanted too much money to cover the costs of repairing the city's streets from the damage that would be inflicted by huge convoys of tanks and missiles.
