Belgian steel businessman dies after mysterious apartment fall in Moscow

The Belgian Vice President of one of Russia's biggest steel companies has fallen to his death from his ninth-floor apartment, one month after his company criticised a Government tax increase. It follows the deaths of journalists and protesters, who have fallen in similar ways. Dan Ashby reports.
