US President Donald Trump says Russia is no longer targeting the US, contradicting US intelligence agencies assessment that the Kremlim continues to meddle in American elections.
Earlier this week Trump tried to walk back comments made during his press conference with Vladimir Putin, for which he was roundly criticised in Washington.
