U.S. defense chief reassures South Korea of 'Ironclad' commitment

The U.S. Defense Secretary has been reassuring South Korea that America will hold its current troop-levels on the peninsula.

Speaking in Seoul James Mattis said the U.S. commitment to its regional ally was ironclad.
