UK MPs DUE FOR KEY HEATHROW VOTE

UK MPs are voting later on whether a new runway should be built to expand London's Heathrow airport.

The issue divides both main parties, but it's expected the government will secure the backing of the House of Commons.

Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson is facing criticism for missing the vote due to being abroad.
