MINISTER RESIGNS AS PARLIAMENT VOTES ON BREXIT

In the UK, justice minister Phillip Lee has resigned from the government over Brexit - saying he wants to speak out over its delivery

It comes as his leader Prime Minister Theresa May faces a series of key votes in the House of Commons over her Brexit legislation.
