Judges at the International Criminal Court are set to decide whether to release Jean-Pierre Bemba Gombo after his conviction was overturned.
The 55 year old former vice president of the Democratic Republic of Congo has been in prison in The Hague since 2008.
Our Europe Correspondent Jack Parrock reports that judges will deliver their decision on Wednesday.
