Lawyers representing survivors of the Grenfell fire in London have been telling a public inquiry how a refurbishment of the tower had rendered it extremely dangerous despite residents warnings.
As Paul Barber reports from outside the inquiry in central London, victims' families and the bereaved are described by their lawyers as being in a 'calm rage'.
