Disney is sweetening its offer for 21st Century Fox's sports and entertainment units.
The media giant has announced it's bumping its offer to more than 70-billion dollars in a cash-and-stock bid.
If the merger takes place it will create one of the world's largest entertainment and telecommunications companies.
