U.S. Secretary of State meets senior North Korean official

U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo has shared a meal in New York with
a close aide of North Korean leader Kim Jong Un.

Kim Yong Chol is seen as the most senior official from North Korea to
visit the U.S. in 18 years.

This comes as both sides continue to work towards a potential June
12th summit in Singapore which could see President Trump meet the
North Korean leader.
