US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo is meeting a high ranking North Korean official for a second day in New York, to try and salvage the planned summit between the two countries.
Kim Yong Chol is the most senior official from North Korea to visit the US in almost two decades.
Both sides are continuing to work towards a potential June 12th summit in Singapore, despite President Trump cancelling the meeting last week.
