NORTH KOREA 'STILL READY TO TALK'

North Korea says it is ready to talk 'at any time in any form'.

This after US President Donald Trump cancelled a meeting with Kim Jong Un due to take place in Singapore on June 12th.

President Trump says there's been 'open hostility' from Pyongyang in the build up to the planned summit.

Pyongyang says the decision to cancel it is 'extremely regrettable'.

Former UK cabinet minister David Mellor says he's not surprised.
