North Korea cancels high-level talks with South Korea over its joint military exercises with the US

North Korea has cancelled Wednesday's high-level talks with South Korea over its joint military exercises with the US.

It described them as a "provocation" and a rehearsal for an invasion.

It also threatend to pull out of the summit between Kim Jong-un and US President Donald Trump that is due to take place on June 12th.
