Britain's Secretary for International Trade has accused the UK's unelected House of Lords of trying to thwart the will of the British people after they voted to give MPs in parliament a say over Brexit.
It comes as the so called Brexit war Cabinet prepares to meet, with the fine balance of pro and anti EU members shifted with the appointment of a new Home Secretary. From London, Catherine Drew reports.
