GRENFELL RESPONSE 'BADLY FLAWED'

The response to the Grenfell Tower disaster in London was 'badly flawed', according to a new report.

The local authority, Kensington and Chelsea council, displayed 'weak leadership' and left volunteers 'on the front line', according to the review.

The fire at Grenfell Tower killed 72 people on June 14th last year.

A public inquiry into the disaster is underway but Muslim Aid, which commissioned the new report - says a similar tragedy could happen again.

Madiha Raza of charity Muslim Aid says the response to the fire was chaotic.
