UN rights agency, nuclear watchdog respond to DPRK move to close atomic site, suspend tests

North Korea's announcement to suspend its nuclear and missile tests and shut down an atomic test site has drawn optimistic but cautious reactions from international bodies. 


The Comprehensive Nuclear Test Ban Treaty Organization hailed the move, but pressed for a definitive commitment to ban nuclear testing.


And a UN official is calling for denuclearisation talks to also address human rights in North Korea.
