Britain to bring in 'toughest ivory ban' in Europe

The British Government says it's bringing in the toughest ban on ivory in the whole of Europe, banning the sale of ivory items regardless of their age. Many African countries have seen a catastrophic decline in elephant numbers due to poaching for their tusks, which are prized in Asia as a status symbol. Dan Ashby has more.
