The United States has responded to claims from Russia that they have
developed an invincible nuclear weapon.
During President Vladimir Putin's two hour speech he said U.S. missile
defense systems in Asia and Europe prompted Moscow to create these
weapons.
In his address a video graphic was shown that appeared to show
missiles falling on the U.S. state of Florida.
The State Department says it's not the behaviour of a responsible
international player.
U.S. correspondent William Denselow reports.
