A joint United Nations and European Union summit to raise $1.7 billion U.S. dollars in aid for the Democratic Republic of Congo may now be in limbo.
The Congolese government have accused aid groups of exaggerating the crisis and said it would boycott the talks… even as international agencies say the situation is getting worse.
