Russia accuses UK of orchestrating chemical attack on its own soil

Russia's Foreign Ministry has held a meeting with ambassadors from around the world and told them that the UK may have been behind the chemical weapons attack on its own soil. The British Ambassador refused to attend, but the Foreign Ministry spokesman said he was 'ashamed' of UK politicians. Dan Ashby has more.
