OPCW TEAM VISITS UK TO TEST NERVE AGENT

International weapons experts are visiting Britain to test the substance used to attack a former spy and his daughter in Salisbury.

The  Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons team have been invited to the UK to independently verify the nerve agent used in the March 4th attack.

Britain has expelled 23 Russian diplomats over the incident - with Russia responding by sending the same number of British staff back to the UK.

Russian President Vladimir Putin, after winning his country's election, described claims of Russian involvement in the nerve agent attack as 'nonsense'.

UK Cabinet Office Minister David Lidington says even if President Putin exploits the incident for a domestic audience - Britain's response will continue to be robust.

IN: "We can't…
OUT:  …exploit that."
