NERVE AGENT DEADLINE PASSES FOR RUSSIA

A deadline has passed for Russia to explain the use of a nerve agent in the UK in an attack on a former spy.

UK Prime Minister Theresa May is now expected to set out a range of measures directed at Russia.

The UK says it is 'highly likely' Moscow was behind the incident in Salisbury which left Sergei Skripal and his daughter in a critical condition.

Russia denies any involvement.

But Roger Boyes, diplomatic editor of The Times, says Mrs May now has to act.

IN: "Theresa May…
OUT: …response."
