At least 37 people have died in a fire at a shopping centre in the Siberian coal-mining city of Kemerovo. Dozens of people are still missing, most of them children. Three people have been detained in connection with the investigation. TASS reports one of them is the shopping centre's director. Julia Lyubova reports from Moscow.
