Manchester Arena attack report: Fire service too slow to respond

A report into the response to the Manchester Arena bombing last year has said fire fighters were prevented from helping rapidly due to poor procedures.

The report by former civil servant Lord Kerslake said the fire service knew it had let down the people of their city that night.

The suicide attack by Salman Abedi last May killed 22 people and injured more than 500.

Paul Barber reports from London.
