North Korean leader Kim Jong Un has reiterated a willingness to hold talks with the US.
During a trip to Beijing, Kim also said he was willing to commit to denuclearization on the Korean Peninsula.
Beijing has confirmed Kim met with Chinese leader Xi Jinping during his first foreign trip since taking power in 2011.
