Indian government to divest national carrier

The Indian government plans to sell a controlling 76% stake in India's national carrier- Air India. The 85-year-old airline has been surviving on taxpayer funded bailouts for nearly a decade now.

Whoever wins the bid, will also have to continue to use the brand name 'Air India'.

Our India correspondent Neha Poonia reports.
