India, Pakistan trade charges over alleged harassment of diplomats

Pakistan has accused Indian authorities of harassing its diplomats and their family members posted in New Delhi.

India has countered that charge by saying that Indian diplomats posted in Pakistan are being subjected to similar harassment.

Ties between the nuclear armed neighbours have been tense for months now with the two sides regularly reporting ceasefire violations along a shared militarised border in the state of Jammu and Kashmir.
