In Russia, initial reports suggest a high turnout in presidential elections which are widely expected to give Vladimir Putin another six years in power. Some polling stations are offering entertainment and food to tempt in voters. But independent monitors reported some irregularities. Our Moscow Correspondent Lucy Taylor reports.
