UN: Two-thirds of South Sudan's population at risk of rising hunger

Nearly two-thirds of the population in South Sudan is facing hunger,
according to a new report issued by United Nations agencies.

They've issued a joint statement on calling for immediate assistance
for a spreading
famine in the war-torn country.
