Speculation is mounting that South African President Jacob Zuma is close to tendering his resignation, after he postponed plans to address Parliament in Cape Town on Thursday.
President Zuma was due to make the annual State of the Nation address….it's the first time it's been postponed since the advent of democracy in South Africa.
Prince Mashele of the Center for Politics and Research in Johannesburg told South Africa's E News Channel that years of corruption and kleptocracy are catching up with the country's President.

Former South African lawmaker Andrew Feinstein, who sat in Parliament for the ruling African National Congress, says President Zuma may be seeking to negotiate an agreement for immunity from prosecution in connection with so-called "state capture": the theft of public assets.
