Russia attempts to get athletes in Games despite no chance of medal-tally victory

Russia is rushing to see if the 28 athletes cleared of doping offences by the Court of Arbitration can now compete in the Winter Games - in just 9 days time. Our correspondent in Moscow, Dan Ashby, says that Russian authorities are optimistic, but Russia cannot win the games as a country.
