Plane crash families to get more than $100k for deaths

Russia's transport minister says the families of the victims of the Saratov plane crash will receive just over $100k in compensation. Meanwhile authorities say that they will have to collect 'bio-materials' to confirm the identities of the deceased. Dan Ashby has the latest on the crash.
