New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman is filing a lawsuit against the Weinstein Company, accusing the film studio of failing to protect staff from Harvey Weinstein.
The Hollywood mogul is facing a raft of sexual abuse allegations but his lawyers say there was "no criminality" in his behaviour.
