Moscow likely to reply 'in kind' to US threat of oligarch sanctions

The US Treasury has said that they will enforce sanctions soon against some of those on the so-called 'Putin List' - a roll call of the richest and most powerful people in Russia. But Moscow has warned that any sanctions will be met with reciprocity. Dan Ashby has more.
